The Notify Technical Support Team's mission is to provide the highest standard of technical assistance by providing an excellent customer experience each time we answer a call or email. Our goal is to isolate and resolve every technical issue in an expeditious and professional manner.
We accomplish our mission with a derived philosophy of constant evaluation and improvement of our technical support process and personnel. We believe that the participation of technical support personnel with ongoing measured technical product training is key to maintaining a high degree of proficiency.
We believe that collocating technical support personnel with our development team creates a constant exchange of information of customer symptoms and exposure to up-to-date developments in the Notify product line. And finally, we believe in tasking each employee with the goal of being able to assist both the seasoned IT Administrator or the layperson dealing with wireless mobility for the first time.
