Notify Technology has designed the NotifyLink v4.5 On-Premise mobility solution as a means to provide wireless access and management of Email, Calendar, Contacts and Tasks ( PIM) suitable for any size organization.
Notify's On-Premise solution can integrate seamlessly into an organization's existing network while offering the broadest possible wireless device support of almost any enterprise solution on the market today.
The NotifyLink Mobility Solution provides a single solution for a variety of Collaboration email systems (See the list). In addition, the NotifyLink mobility solution provides support for a variety of networks including GSM/GPRS/EDGE/3G-HSDPA, CDMA/1XRTT/EVDO, 802.11x.
The NotifyLink On-Premise mobility solution offers customers rich set of wireless synchronization features for calendar events, scheduling meetings, accept or decline meeting requests. In addition, NotifyLink will allow users to enjoy wireless synchronization features of their collaboration email systems as well. including the ability to read, compose, reply, forward and delete emails; view and edit attachments.
The NotifyLink On-Premise mobility solution offers full end-to-end security, with Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) /Triple Data Encryption Standard (DES) encryption and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connectivity.

NotifySync:
Many organizations have asked for a BlackBerry1 email and PIM (calendar, contacts, and tasks) wireless mobility solution that directly connects to their email platform but does not require any middleware server or software. The NotifySync solution provides
organizations of all sizes secure, real-time, wireless synchronization of email and PIM to and from any BlackBerry. NotifySync2 provides direct connect support to
several email platforms namely CommuniGate Pro, Microsoft Exchange, Kerio Messaging Server, and the Zimbra Collaboration Suite. NotifySync provides organizations with a synchronization solution that offers them support on all popular cellular voice and data networks as well any 802.11x wireless network.
With NotifySync, users have the ability to compose, reply, forward, or delete their email while mobile.
A variety of email attachment formats is supported as well.
Email folder synchronization, including sent, draft, and trash folders, are all
configurable on the BlackBerry. The user can also configure the frequency at which he/she receives messages and the synchronization range, which serves to control the quantity of messages kept on the BlackBerry. Support for accepting or declining
meeting invitations is also available, as well as remote access to the organization's Global Address Book. Users can also configure how messages are cleaned up on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Until now, NotifyLink users were required to wait during email synchronization's before being able to read and process email, access their calendar or simply access any other function on their Palm Treo device. Now, with the time saving enhancement of the NotifyLink Multi-Tasking feature, synchronization is performed in the background enabling users to access other applications while synchronizing the email and PIM.
