This Notify Technology Corporation ("Notify") Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") explains the current policy of Notify regarding the personal information you may supply to Notify when visiting this Notify website ("Site"). Personal information may be any information that may be used to identify an individual, including a first and last name, a home or other physical address, an e-mail address or other contact information, whether at work or at home. Notify's goal in collecting personal information online is to provide you with a personalized web experience. By knowing your preferences, Notify can deliver relevant information that meets your needs and ensures that your visit to this Site is quick, easy, and productive.

Information Notify Collects

User Provided Information. When Notify requires personal information that identifies you, Notify may ask you for certain personal information about you which allows Notify to contact you. Generally, this personal information is requested when you are acquiring a license to software and/or registering for services or information available on or through the Site. Personal information collected by Notify often is limited to minimal information, but may include information such as your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address,. We may also collect certain other information, when needed, to license software and/or provide services or information to you available on or through the Site such as collaboration suite, mobility device types, PIN numbers and telephone numbers, telephone carrier, e-mail/PIM/LDAP domain names and passwords associated with e-mail and PIM accounts. Additional information that may be requested for transactional purposes but not retained by us may be credit card number, expiration date, security code, cardholder name and cardholder address. Notify collects personally identifying information only when you are: (1) acquiring a license to software and/or registering for services or information available on or through the Site, or otherwise contacting Notify through the Site; (2) registering for personalized information on the Site; (3) gaining entry into one of the Site's password-protected areas; and (4) entering into promotions available on or through the Site.

Cookies and other Tracking Technologies

Notify may place a "cookie" on your computer or utilize other tracking technologies. Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to the hard drive of a visitor's computer for record-keeping purposes. The information stored is intended to make your usage of the Site easier and faster because it allows you to use the Site without having to re-enter information on each visit. The Way Notify Uses the Information Collected

Establish and enhance our relationship with you. Notify generally uses the information you provide or Notify collects personally identifiable information when you register as a member in order to that we collect to operate, maintain, enhance, and provide all of the features and services found on the Site.

Notify uses all of the information that we collect from users to understand and analyze the usage trends and preferences of our users, to improve the way the Site works and looks, and to create new features and functionality.

International Visitors

The Site is hosted in the United States and is intended solely for visitors located within the United States. If you nonetheless choose to use the Site from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then please note that you are transferring your personally identifiable information outside of those regions to the United States and by providing your personally identifiable information on the Site you consent to that transfer.

Third Party Services and Products

The Site may be linked to internet websites operated by other companies. Some of these websites may be co-branded with our name or logo, even though they are not operated or maintained by us. You should consult the respective privacy policies of these third-party websites. Notify's privacy policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, such other third web sites. Please be aware that Notify does not warn you when you have chosen to link through to another website from the Site.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not structured or intended to attract children. Accordingly, Notify does not intend to collect personal information from anyone under thirteen (13) years of age. If Notify learns that personally-identifiable information of persons less than 13-years-of-age has been collected on the Site without verifiable parental consent, then Notify will take the appropriate steps to delete this information. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child under the age of 13 has provided personally identifiable information to Notify, then you may alert Notify at SalesOperations@notifycorp.com and request that Notify delete that child's personal information from its systems.

Notify uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Notify, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission of information, Notify makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. If Notify learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps.
