WebLink Wireless Signs Contract With Notify Technology Corporation
to Provide Wireless Access to Personal and Business Email

Consumers, businesses will be able to receive, respond to email while away from PC

DALLAS and SAN JOSE, Calif. – Dec. 7, 2000 – WebLink Wireless Inc. (Nasdaq: WLNK) today announced a three-year contract with Notify Technology Corp. (Nasdaq: NTFY) for technology that will allow WebLink Wireless customers to receive, reply and forward emails from their online email accounts. WebLink Wireless Email Services extends Internet service provider or corporate email systems to a customer’s 2-Way wireless data messaging device.

WebLink Wireless Email Services are available for the Motorola Talkabout^® T900, the Motorola PageWriter 2000X^™, the Motorola P935 Timeport^™ and the Glenayre AccessLink^™ II. The service is initially available in two versions – desktop and Internet – and the software is available within the packaging for new customers, with the Internet version available starting Dec. 11 and a corporate version to follow soon after.
