Notify Technology Signs Agreement with PageNet Canada

Canadian consumers and businesses will have wireless notification and management of
their e-mail, calendar, contacts, and tasks while mobile.

SAN JOSE, Calif. – April 06, 2001 – Notify Technology Corporation (NASDAQ: NTFY), today announced its agreement with Paging Network of Canada (PageNet Canada). Under the terms of the agreement PageNet Canada will resell all of Notify’s current NotifyLink products and services developed for Motorola and Glenayre 2-way ReFLEXä products starting in Q2 2001.

PageNet Canada will be launching all of Notify’s NotifyLink products and software services for Motorola’s T900 Talkaboutä , P935 Timeportä and the Handspring Visorä using the Glenayre @ctiveLinkä ReFLEX module. PageNet Canada will also have the option to buy certain NotifyLink products resold by Motorola under their brand name of Motorola MyMailä Desktop and MyMail Desktop Plus as announced earlier this month.
