Notify Technology and Arch Wireless Sign Agreement
Arch Will Brand Notify's Wireless Software Products and Services
For Use on Its Nationwide Reflex Network

SAN JOSE, Calif., Aug. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Notify Technology Corporation (Nasdaq: NTFY), and Arch Wireless, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ARCH), one of the leading wireless Internet messaging and mobile information providers in the United States, announced today that they have signed an agreement that would make Notify' Technology's Wireless Hosted Email Management Service available under the Arch brand. Under the terms of the three-year agreement, Arch will brand and bundle Notify Technology's NotifyLink Internet Edition-Standard Version under the name of Arch Webstermail(TM). This service will now be available to all Arch two-way messaging customers.

This suite of services enables users to readily manage their desktop and wireless communications in a variety of simple and convenient ways. The Arch services utilize both Motorola's popular Talkabout T900 and Timeport P935 wireless two- way devices.
