Notify Tech Hires Adviser To Mull Cap Requirement Options

SAN JOSE -April 12, 2001- Notify Technology Corp. (NTFY) retained a New York- based private venture capital and merchant banking firm as financial adviser to assist in evaluating and pursuing options regarding its capital requirements.

As reported April 5, Nasdaq informed Notify Technology that it fails to meet the $2 million minimum net tangible asset requirement for listing on the SmallCap market.

The company filed a request for a hearing before a Nasdaq panel for review.
