Notify Technology Provides Updated Financial Guidance For Fiscal Third Quarter

SAN JOSE, CA – June 20, 2002 Notify Technology Corporation (NASDAQ: NTFY), today announced that it had reached a total of 50,000 active subscribers of its Visual Got Mail solution for Voice Message Notification. The initial service was launched early in April 2002 and has already exceeded the company’s initial sales forecast. Notify Technology’s Visual Got Mail solution is comprised of two components that provide consumers with visual notification of new voicemail messages. The Visual Got Mail business model realizes revenue from both the CM100 telephone adjunct sales and recurring revenue from the Visual Got Mail notification service on a per subscriber, per month basis.

“We are very excited that the sales of our Visual Got Mail solution has not only exceeded our expectations, but has done so in such a timely manner. We expect the number of new subscribers to continue to increase over the coming months and anticipate that this new revenue will both have a positive impact on the Company and help to diversify our revenue base”, said Paul DePond, President and Founder of Notify Technology Corporation. “In addition, Notify is pursuing additional marketing partners with established customer bases for our Visual Got Mail solution, which we hope will further increase awareness of this product”, said DePond.
