Motorola To Transfer Sales and Support of ReFLEX[R] Wireless Email Product Lines to Notify Technology
SAN JOSE, CA and BOYNTON BEACH, FL– March 12, 2002– Notify Technology Corporation (NASDAQ: NTFY), today announced the transition of the sales and support of Motorola MyMail Desktop, Desktop Plus, and Motorola MyMail Enterprise product lines to Notify Technology. Notify, specialists in Wireless Notification, will provide their NotifyLink desktop and enterprise server-based email and PIM (Personal Information Management) solutions for ReFLEX[R] protocol-based devices. Notify will also support paging carriers with NotifyLink Enterprise Edition a replacement product for Motorola MyMail Enterprise, a server-based version of the wireless email product that targets enterprise customers who use paging products. Over the next two quarters, the companies will work together to transfer the sales and support of these ReFLEX-based product lines.

Notify Technology, the original software developer of Motorola MyMail Desktop and Desktop Plus will now have the ability to sell these products directly to ReFLEX carriers throughout North America.
Notify Technology will brand the Motorola MyMail product line for ReFLEX protocol-based devices under the existing name of NotifyLink. NotifyLink is a family of products that can offer mobile email solutions for remote, synchronized access and customizable management of personal or corporate e-mail accounts via 2-way messaging products. As an added benefit, the NotifyLink Enterprise solution has been developed to support the Motorola Talkabout® T900 and Timeport™ P935 2ways. This will enable corporations currently utilizing over 2 million ReFLEX devices to have a single solution serving both the widely distributed Motorola Timeport P935 and Talkabout T900 2ways.
