Notify Technology Enhances its Enterprise Wireless Email Solution for Novell GroupWise to Support HTTP services on Apache using LINUX or Microsoft Windows OS

SAN JOSE, CA - January 21, 2004_ - Notify Technology Corporation (OTC:NTFY) today announced today at the LINUX World Conference in New York that it's NotifyLink Enterprise Edition for Novell GroupWise will support both 1.3.x and 2.x versions of the Apache HTTP Server running on LINUX or Microsoft Windows operating systems.

Currently the NotifyLink Enterprise Edition for Novell GroupWise provides users with secure wireless push notification, access, and management of email, calendar, contacts, and tasks on a variety of wireless platforms supporting Palm, Pocket PC, and all Research In Motion (RIM) Blackberry legacy and Java based wireless devices, across CDMA/1XRTT, GSM/GPRS, iDEN, DataTAC, Mobitex, and ReFLEX networks.

The Apache HTTP Server is an open source HTTP server for UNIX, LINUX and Windows Operating Systems. The Apache server was introduced in 1995 and has since become the most popular HTTP server on the Internet. According to the January 2004_ Survey conducted by Netcraft (www.netcraft.com), the Apache Server is utilized on over 67% of the web sites running on the Internet, with Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) running on slightly over 20% of the web sites. The Apache Software Foundation provides maintenance for the Apache server software as well as provides support for the Apache community of open-source software projects.

"Notify Technology is hearing a consistent message from the Novell user community about the need to provide an alternative solution for our current HTTP services for the NotifyLink solution using Microsoft's Internet Information Services (IIS). By offering the Apache solution on both LINUX and Windows operating systems, NotifyLink will provide Novell users with greater flexibility," said Paul DePond, President and founder of Notify Technology Corporation.

"Our strategic objective is to offer our NotifyLink Enterprise Edition for GroupWise on the LINUX operating system in addition to the current Windows OS offering. Our announcement today supporting Apache on LINUX is the first step towards achieving our objective."
