To expand on the features available in the mobile USAP, users can access the desktop version.

Security actions are still limited to device type as described on slide 159.

The desktop version will include all of the functionality of the mobile USAP, with extra features for viewing their device statistics, phone calls and text messages.

Only security actions are currently implemented.

A simple page layout and descriptions will help the user perform the right security action if necessary. If a security action has been sent for a device, the user will be notified that the action is pending to avoid confusion.
Desktop Self-Administration

To access the Desktop User Self-Administration Portal, the user would need an Internet-enabled PC and enter the following address:

User Options Full Wipe Device

The user can read a description for a Full Wipe for the Device and send the command if needed.
Pending Example

This is what the user will see if they have already sent a security action command.
Locate Device

The user can read a description for Locate Device and view the map if they choose. The map will open in a new tab/window. They can also see the coordinates if they are using another method of locating the device.
Lock Device

The user can read a description for Lock Device and send the command if needed.
Get Recovery Password

The user can read a description for Get Recovery Password and view it if needed.
Selective Wipe

Wipe Storage Card

The user can see uploaded certificates or replace the existing one if needed.
